📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned region.
• Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for high-quality services for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community programs.
• 2+ years leadership overseeing multiple programs/sites.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver, and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
