🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling
  • 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
  • Work Environment: Onsite in Lafayette and Kokomo

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas
