📋 Description

• Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs while promoting
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives across
• Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services remain person-centered
• Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews.
• Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning while assisting with
• Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting agency insurance requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-site residential or community-based programs (nice to have).

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
• Work Environment: Onsite in Lafayette and Kokomo

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas.
