📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of multiple residential homes and programs, ensuring person-centered
• Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs, promoting
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives
• Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews
• Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning while addressing participant
• Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and adaptability to new technology platforms
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting agency insurance requirements
