  • Oversee daily operations of multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region.
  • Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs while promoting

  • Ensure services remain person-centered, compliant with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements.
  • Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
  • 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
  • Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Valid driver's license with driving record meeting agency insurance requirements

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
  • Work Environment: Onsite, in Lafayette and Kokomo
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with on-call responsibilities
  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas
  • 401(k) plan with employer match after one year of service
