🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 2-3+ years experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or
• Prior supervisory or management experience in residential or human services settings
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
