Area Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of multiple residential homes and staff teams
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered services
• Ensure compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements
• Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives
• Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health, or Special
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
• Understanding of person-centered supports and compliance standards
• Knowledge of Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS services preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and adaptability to new technology platforms
