📋 Description

• Coordinate Flatiron buildout and open our first US store.
• Lead Store Managers and write the US operations playbook.
• Oversee fitouts, store ops, and opening/closing rhythms.
• Coach frontline teams and maintain customer experience.
• Develop repeatable processes for future openings.
• Help shape the retail playbook and KPIs for US stores.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in multi-site store leadership; accountable for sales, team, and CX.
• Proven history of leading and developing frontline managers.
• Comfort owning retail performance; read numbers and act before month end.
• Detail oriented operations: rosters, stock, visuals, and rhythms.
• Built or embedded repeatable processes with documentation.
• Motivated by firsts; help write the playbook and share insights.
• Keep pulse on retail trends and bring ideas to the team.
