Area Manager

📋 Description

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30-100
• Communicate policies to your team and act as the primary information source
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
• Own performance reporting for areas of responsibility within the FC
• Consistently hold yourself and your team to strict SLA expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing staff of 5 or more
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Strong computer literacy skills, including Google Sheets/Excel
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation/logistics management
• Experience working with SQL, creating and running reports
