Deploy to focus or crisis facilities during activations; stabilize performance.
Hold regular 1:1s with Leads to maximize training and address concerns.
Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Champion safety-first culture; assess conditions and address hazards.
Travel to facilities at least 25 percent of the time; relocation as needed.

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years of management or leadership experience.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapt quickly.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience in SOP documentation.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Willing to travel 25 percent or more and relocate to Spreetail centers.
