📋 Description

• Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs while promoting
• Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services remain person-centered
• Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning while assisting with
• Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid Waiver or HCBS, CIH
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-site residential or community-based programs (nice to have).

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: Starting $58,900 annually
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities as needed to support operational
