Area Manager - New Grad

📋 Description

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100.
• Communicate policies; maintain compliance and take corrective action.
• Create, manage, and support recognition programs across your department.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance; ensure building security and loss prevention.
• Be integral to the Operations team as Area Manager at a major partner.
• Own performance reporting for on-time receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed within last 12 months, or expected soon.
• Demonstrated leadership from campus clubs, athletics, ROTC/military, or internships.
• Strong problem-solving and quick learning in fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy; comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to SQL or other data/reporting tools.
