Area Manager - New Grad

📋 Description

• Coach, manage, and develop a 30-100 person team on the floor.
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance and consistency.
• Create, manage, and support recognition programs.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Be an integral part of the Operations team at a large partner.
• Own performance reporting for on-time receiving and shipping and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months, or expected soon.
• Demonstrated leadership experience from campus orgs, athletics, ROTC, internships, or jobs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning new processes quickly.
• Strong computer literacy, including comfort with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work any permanent shift (overnights, holidays, weekends).
