📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy and physician engagement across a defined geographic region, focusing on
• Conduct 12–18 physician-level engagements per quarter and maintain regular field presence
• Establish relationships with medical leads at key regional accounts and ensure timely engagement
• Serve as the primary physician escalation point for regional medical inquiries, ensuring timely

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification in oncology, hematology, or a directly related clinical
• 5–8+ years of relevant clinical or medical affairs experience following board certification, or
• Demonstrated clinical expertise across multiple tumor histologies and working knowledge of the
• Experience in a field-based medical affairs, clinical development, or medical education role within
• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical data and scientific evidence effectively to
