5+ years in clinical radiation therapy field
Ability to understand R&D, product management and clinical requirements
Derive feasibility assessments with business development and RT Elements team
Analytical mindset with strong communication/documentation skills
Willingness to travel
Understanding dependencies of complex medical devices
