📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to boost resident satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Monitor financials and improve efficiency.
• Lead leasing and marketing to hit occupancy targets.
• Train and mentor property managers and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in multifamily property management with regional oversight.
• High School Diploma; college degree a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with onsite staff.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, vendors, and teams.
• Travel weekly between sites; CAM or CAP preferred.
