• At least 3 years of experience in auto finance, including experience with sub-prime auto financing.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local automotive market and an established network of customer
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify needs, recommend improvements, implement
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence others
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and build effective
