📋 Description

• Sell the daVinci Surgical System to hospitals in the territory.
• Manage the complex sales process for daVinci systems and upgrades.
• Build clinical/admin support through presentations, meetings, events, tests.
• Gain surgeon and admin buy-in for da Vinci Surgery.
• A chieve quarterly sales targets and coordinate installation with teams.
• Develop territory sales plan with leadership and build hospital advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in medical devices; capital equipment sales preferred.
• Knowledge of operating room environment.
• Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
