📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to reach sales and profit goals
• Recruit, develop, and secure succession for future store leaders with support of MAKI tool
• Ensure all stores follow H&M standards, routines, and policies
• Be the main contact for store escalations and problem-solving
• Be accountable for financial targets
• Monitor results and act on KPIs to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in multi-store retail management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyze and act on KPIs
• Experience ensuring compliance and operational standards
• Ability to lead change, e.g., new store openings or rollouts
