📋 Description

• Build your pipeline on foot. Identify and walk into furniture, appliance, and durable goods
• Get in front of decision-makers. Show up in person, earn time with owners and store leaders, and
• Make the case. Present Kafene’s lease-to-own program in terms of each retailer’s goals, customers
• Get new partners live fast. Train each merchant’s team within a week of underwriting approval
• Set every store up to sell. Make sure in-store signage, reporting, and setup are in place, and work
• Grow the accounts you sign. Build an account plan for each merchant after launch and stay involved

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience with a track record of meeting or beating targets.
• You’re used to selling face to face. You’re comfortable walking in unannounced, hearing no, and
• You enjoy what happens after the signature, too: training store teams, solving problems, and
• You want to be in the field, not behind a desk, and you’re energized by a week spent driving your
• A solid understanding of how retailers operate. Experience with consumer financing, lease-to-own
• Strong in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
