Area Service Manager

📋 Description

• Support and manage operations across various sites
• Provides leadership and oversight of on-site service teams to ensure performance meets key
• Ensures consistent, timely communication at all levels
• Conducts daily inspections of sites and monitors service team and vendor performance
• Ensures Property maintenance operations are efficiently, cost effectively administered and aligned
• Develops and strengthens internal talent pipelines for Service Managers and Service Techs through

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in property maintenance management with strong working knowledge
• Requires strong logistical planning, time management, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and influence teams to achieve and exceed long term, short
• Strong working knowledge of construction systems and practices, building mechanical/HVAC/automation
• Track record of mentoring and developing service team members

🎁 Benefits

• Expected pay range of $110,000 - $130,000 base salary, plus a target annual bonus
