📋 Description

• Support and manage operations across sites.
• Lead on-site service teams to meet KPIs (turn times, expenses, CSAT).
• Ensure timely, cross-level communication with leadership and teams.
• Daily site inspections; monitor service teams and vendors; implement improvements.
• Administer cost-effective property maintenance aligned with budgets; benchmark costs and pursue savings.
• Develop talent pipelines for Service Managers and Technicians via training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in property maintenance management; knowledge of facilities management and budgeting.
• Strong logistical planning, time management, and prioritization.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of construction systems, building HVAC/automation, energy conservation.
• Mentor and develop service teams; ability to travel across locations.
