📋 Description

• Support and manage operations across sites.
• Lead on-site service teams to meet KPIs (turn times, expenses, CSAT).
• Ensure timely communication up, down, and across teams.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor performance.
• Administer maintenance within budgets; benchmark costs and seek savings.
• Develop training and mentorship for Service Managers and Technicians.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in property maintenance management with budgeting/program mgmt.
• Strong logistics, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead and influence teams to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of construction systems, HVAC, automation, and energy conservation.
• Mentoring and developing service team members.
