📋 Description

• Manage operations across multiple sites.
• Lead on-site service teams to meet KPIs (turn times, costs, CSAT).
• Ensure timely, multi-level communication with teams and leadership.
• Inspect sites daily; monitor performance; implement improvements.
• Administer property maintenance aligned with budgets; cut costs.
• Develop internal talent pipelines through training and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities mgmt, or business, or equivalent.
• 6+ yrs in property maintenance management; budgeting, program mgmt.
• Strong logistics, time management, prioritization.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
• Knowledge of construction systems, HVAC, energy conservation.
• Travel within geographic area.
