Area Service Manager - Las Vegas

📋 Description

• Support and manage operations across various sites
• Provide leadership and oversight of on-site service teams to ensure performance meets key corporate
• Ensure consistent, timely communication at all levels
• Conduct daily inspections of sites and monitor service team and vendor performance
• Ensure Property maintenance operations are efficiently and cost effectively administered
• Develop and strengthen internal talent pipelines for Service Managers and Service Techs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property maintenance management
• Strong working knowledge of facilities management procedures, program management, budgeting
• Strong logistical planning, time management, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and influence teams
• Strong working knowledge of construction systems and practices, building mechanical/HVAC/automation
