Area Service Manager - Mixed Use

📋 Description

• Lead maintenance program across residential, HOA, and commercial assets.
• Oversee capital projects, DPIs, and budget preparation.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Coordinate work orders, make-readies, and tenant-focused activities.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
• Partner with tenants and management to align programs with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project, property, facilities, or maintenance management; 3+ years supervisory.
• Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial facilities management experience.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or a regional portfolio.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
• Moderate travel may be required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, life-safety.
