• Support and manage operations across multiple sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities mgmt, or business.
• 6+ years in property maintenance management; budgeting and training experience.
• Strong logistical planning, time management, prioritization.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of construction systems, HVAC/automation, energy conservation.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within a geographic area.
