📋 Description

• Drive excellent visual and commercial execution across multiple stores, with the goal of optimizing
• Ensure the implementation of global Visual Merchandising guidelines, seasonal updates, and
• Train and develop in-store Visual teams, strengthening their capabilities and promoting consistency
• Support commercial planning and collaborate with store teams to deliver impactful campaigns and
• Plan and optimize Visual Merchandising activities, including layouts, styling, store presentations
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, and visual maintenance projects across your assigned

• Creating visually inspiring and commercially competitive retail environments.
• Using Visual Merchandising expertise, styling skills, and knowledge of fashion trends to support
• Training, coaching, and developing Visual teams to deliver consistent execution and an excellent
• Translating global brand guidelines into effective and relevant solutions for the stores within the
• Managing multiple priorities, projects, and activities simultaneously through strong organizational
• Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and aligned execution.
