5+ years of digital design/art direction in brand campaigns.
Strong craft: composition, typography, motion; Figma required.
Experience with AI-enabled creative processes and agentic workflows; evaluate AI outputs.
Experience building creative systems, templates and style/toolkits at scale.
Strong communication and collaboration; translate strategy into clear visual direction.
