Art Director

📋 Description

• Partner with Creative Directors to define creative strategies and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into customer-focused visual concepts.
• Lead campaigns across digital, print, retail, packaging, social, owned channels.
• Direct photography, video, illustration, and design end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Studio, Multimedia, Design at Scale, Product Marketing, Brand.
• Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional creative experience, incl. 3+ years as Art Director.
• Experience developing creative strategies and leading execution.
• Strong portfolio across channels in art direction, design, typography, storytelling.
• Experience art directing photography and video productions (concept, shot planning).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
