• 3-4 years as Art Director in agency or in-house.
• Online portfolio with high design standards.
• Retail programming concept development experience.
• Regulated industries experience preferred.
• Leadership with delegation.
• Adobe Creative Suite advanced.
• Figma and PM tools experience.
• Packaging design experience.
