📋 Description

• Create a range of creative work from faster, 'smaller' pieces to 'bigger' builds for a range of
• Work within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, helping to support and deliver on
• Care about concepting, designing, developing, and putting the team in the best position to present
• Inspire ideation and thinking, on-brief and proactively, for current clients and for new
• Work with large creative groups, and with cross-functional disciplines within the agency
• Master crafts and ideas accompanied by delivering high quality, actionable feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field
• Worked with teams in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments
• Self-starter with ability to get things done without direct supervision and understanding of what
• Natural ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders
• Think logically under pressure and come up with innovative solutions to problems
