📋 Description

• Lead the creative vision and execution for paid social channels, ensuring high-quality design
• Monitor performance and testing results, translating insights into creative hypotheses, iterations
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and external agencies to concept, design, and deliver high-impact
• Develop innovative creative concepts that align business objectives, audience needs, channel best
• Strengthen creative systems, processes, and workflows to improve speed, scalability, consistency
• Incorporate generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into ideation, design, and asset development

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in art direction, design, or a related creative discipline.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in leading and executing high-impact performance
• Deep understanding of channel-specific creative best practices and experience applying performance
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools and incorporating AI into creative workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical

• Anticipated base salary range of $138,000–$220,000 USD, depending on geographic location, skills
