📋 Description

• Concept and pitch specialty print finishes, partnering with creatives and print suppliers to test
• Provide Production Artists with clear creative direction and constructive feedback from concept
• Bring an analytical eye to print-ready files, print separations, proofs, and physical samples to
• Explore visual trends, collectible products, materials, and emerging print technologies to bring
• Bring ideas, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to shape ideas as a team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design and/or art direction experience, ideally with physical
• Hands-on experience developing specialty print treatments and a strong understanding of offset
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, graphic design, art direction, and physical print
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a strong eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance creative ambition with
