Art Product Data Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own the department inbox and intake queue—logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming product
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal Art Studio teams on request status and
• Build and maintain internal product specification sheets, capturing dimensions, materials
• Execute audits across PLM, ERP, and QuickBase to identify missing fields and inconsistencies
• Verify spec sheets are complete and consistent before release to systems
• Maintain trackers and references to keep status visible and auditable

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product data, data entry, operations coordination, or similar detail-driven role
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, data cleanup)
• Working knowledge of database structure, identifiers, and parent/child relationships
• Strong written communication and ability to manage a shared inbox without losing track of status
• Familiarity with reading dimensions, materials, finishes, and bills of materials
• Experience with PLM/ERP/QuickBase or similar database/workflow systems is helpful
