🎯 Requirements

• A minimum education level of a Certificate 4 in Laboratory Techniques or similar is typically
• Following an initial period of training, a new analyst must show compliance with the internal
• Training is ongoing until these initial criteria are met.
• Additionally, a satisfactory result during a proficiency testing round forms the minimum
• General preference and comfort in technical environments.
• Desire to continually learn and improve.
