📋 Description

• Adhere to AbbVie's Code of Business Conduct
• Understand and follow all GMP and Safety regulations
• Support senior technicians with preventive and demand maintenance activities
• Perform preventive and demand maintenance, support predictive maintenance activities
• Build a multi-craft foundation and develop into a higher-level technician
• Participate in vocational training to increase skill set

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with relevant experience or a relevant certificate
• Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial
• Basic to intermediate mechanical/electrical aptitude with knowledge of production equipment
• Ability to adjust and calibrate machinery using precision measuring tools (preferred)
• Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and diagnosing technical issues (preferred)
• Competency reading engineering documentation and potentially using production software
