ASG Senior Associate, Technical Recruiting

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI native software engineering, platform, infrastructure
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring technical roles and emerging skill sets critical to ASG's
• Partner with ASG's CTO and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate
• Assess technical talent with a high degree of rigor, distinguishing exceptional AI-native builders
• Conduct technical talent research and intelligence, including market mapping, compensation
• Develop technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and recruiting playbooks that improve hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth SaaS, technology, or VC/
• Proven success hiring software engineering, AI, platform, infrastructure, or security talent.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to credibly assess engineering talent across modern
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies and influence decisions.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing strategies, and compensation trends.
• A track record of building proactive talent pipelines and scalable recruiting processes.
