📋 Description

• Provide hands-on care: assist with daily activities (personal care, meals, transport, laundry)
• Create a safe, welcoming environment to support personal goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Passion for helping others
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, and be on your feet regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills for progress tracking and documentation
• Strong reading and writing with clear communication for care plans
