ServiceNow architecture design, governance, and best practices
Design, develop and implement IT Service Management on ServiceNow
Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms for end-user experience
Drive process improvement, automation, and gap analysis
Contribute to technical roadmap and implementation plans
Lead and mentor the team; ensure platform health and security

🎯 Requirements

6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience; 3+ years as Architect
Ability to work across multiple ServiceNow instances
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge
Must have: Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
At least one: CSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, ITSM
