Aspiring Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Outbound Calling: Making cold calls to prospects and following up on leads
• Email Outreach: Creating and sending personalized email campaigns to prospects
• Basic Qualification: Asking qualifying questions to determine prospect fit
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
• Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify
• Ad hoc tasks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO or Virtual Assistant industry
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Tech-savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
