Assembler

📋 Description

• Assemble plastic and metal parts into sub-assemblies for window coverings
• Follow step-by-step instructions in a one-piece flow
• Use hand tools: hammer, pliers, hole punchers, scissors, measuring tape, drill
• Meet hourly quality and production metric standards
• Rotate across three assembly stations as needed
• Second shift: Mon-Thu 3:00pm–1:30am; Friday/Saturday hours may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Basic math to read calipers and perform arithmetic
• Dexterity and eye-hand coordination for manual assembly
• Attention to detail
• Read and follow procedures safely
• Produce quality work and identify defects
• Proficient with RF Scanner and computer systems
