Assembly Technician 2

📋 Description

• Assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and prints
• Operate and set up production equipment/fixtures
• Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety and
• Perform preparation work such as line clearance and changeover
• Inspect own and others’ work; perform simple repairs
• Mentor others in areas of expertise as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and understand English; read and comprehend instructions and memos; write
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret specifications and tolerances
• Ability to report quality issues and suggest simple process improvements
• Ability to use PCs, online documentation; work varying shifts
