Assessment Designer & Learning Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and improve assessments and certification frameworks for expert readiness
• Build assessments and measurements predictive of on-the-job performance
• Develop item banks, scoring guides, and inter-rater reliability protocols
• Run validity studies to ensure assessments measure what they intend
• Analyze links between materials, assessments, and expert performance
• Build reports and dashboards with actionable program insights

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Psychometrics, or related
• Coursework in quantitative research methods and psychometrics
• Familiarity with CTT and ideally IRT
• 1–2 years in assessment design, educational research, or learning analytics
• Experience designing assessments with a clear measurement theory
• Portfolio of assessment design plus quantitative analysis
