📋 Description

• Lead development of analytical frameworks to assess outreach and engagement.
• Develop and analyze tools to measure outreach and engagement performance.
• Establish KPIs, methodologies, and analytical approaches aligned with MCFP goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize findings into decision-ready reports, briefings, dashboards, and summaries.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to optimize outreach and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of assessment design, performance measurement, and data-informed decision support.
• Ability to design assessment tools, establish KPIs, methodologies, and reporting.
• Proficiency with statistical software, data analysis tools, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify trends.
• Ability to interpret, synthesize, and present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including concise reports and briefings.
