Asset and Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Keep the critical hardware behind Graphcore’s engineering labs tracked, available and moving when
• Take ownership of accurate asset records and reliable inventory operations.
• Scan and reconcile assets, coordinate ordering and replenishment, and manage RMAs from return
• Receive, label, stage and distribute hardware including servers, accelerators, networking parts
• Track hardware throughout its lifecycle and maintain stock readiness for break-fix needs.
• Produce inventory health reports, document practical SOPs and support audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in inventory, asset management, lab operations, logistics or hardware operations.
• Confidence handling hardware, including receiving, labelling, staging and stocking equipment.
• Experience using inventory, asset, CMDB, ticketing, ERP or warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining records across locations or storage areas.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets for filters, pivot tables, lookup functions and reporting.
• Clear communication, sound prioritisation and a practical approach to supporting engineering teams.
