Asset Engineer / Asset Manager* (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• ERP-based asset management strategy for the Berlin site
• Implement TPM and optimize maintenance processes
• Maintain assets in ERP and create maintenance plans autonomously
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments; ensure timely fault elimination
• Work closely with IT and automation; contribute to audits and technical projects

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree with focus on automation, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Experience in plant/process technology, GMP engineering and ERP systems
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing an advantage
• Strong analytical skills; structured, independent work style
• Team player with good presentation skills; fluent German and English
