Asset Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage budget builds and monthly budget-to-actual variance for portfolios with Accounting and Ops.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for investors and leadership.
• Maintain models for lender tape deliverables and investor reporting.
• Review portfolio performance; identify trends; recommend NOI and occupancy improvements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support hold/sell decisions and expansions.
• Analyze data across systems to identify trends and key findings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4-5+ years in real estate, asset management, financial analysis, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of portfolio financials and P&L.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, financial modeling, variance analysis, data visualization.
• Sigma or similar analytics platform; able to build dashboards; SQL experience a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and tech-enabled processes.
