Asset Manager

📋 Description

• Own budgeting, reforecasting, and business plan execution for an assigned portfolio of manufactured
• Monitor and drive asset-level performance: rental rate strategy, occupancy, home sales and
• Prepare and present investor reporting, budget packages, and performance reviews for institutional
• Partner with operations, revenue, and field teams to catch underperformance early and drive
• Underwrite and evaluate capital projects, home purchase programs, and community-level investments
• Support valuations, lender reporting, and compliance with joint venture agreement requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years in asset management, acquisitions, portfolio management, FP&A, or investment analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; able to build, audit, and defend a model from the
• Strong command of real estate finance fundamentals: NOI drivers, return metrics, waterfall and fee
• Experience working with or reporting to institutional capital partners is a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual honesty
• A bias toward ownership: run issues to ground without being asked and communicate proactively
