Asset Manager

📋 Description

• Optimize investor portfolios and asset performance across markets
• Advise property managers on leasing, renewals, rent, and revenue management
• Monitor market trends and investor performance to guide initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial models and performance reports
• Lead regional market meetings; set goals for occupancy and renewals
• Improve SOPs and cross-functional processes to drive efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years asset management in multifamily or SFR
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling on large datasets
• Experience building ad hoc KPI reports for actionable insights
• Strong negotiation skills with institutional investors
